Agent Mart Studio – Privacy Policy
Effective: September 5, 2025
We at Lucid Data Hub Inc. (operating Agent Mart Studio, together with our affiliates,
“Agent Mart Studio”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respect your privacy and are strongly committed to
keeping secure any information we obtain from you or about you. This Privacy Policy
describes our practices with respect to information we collect, generate, and do not collect
when you use Agent Mart Studio (the “Service”).
1. Agent Mart Studio (Microsoft Fabric–Hosted Application)
Agent Mart Studio is deployed as a Microsoft Fabric workload application, hosted on Lucid
Data Hub Inc.’s Azure cloud infrastructure. Agent Mart Studio is operated and maintained
by us under this Fabric-hosted model.
1.1 Data Processing
Agent Mart Studio connects to the Customer’s Microsoft Fabric OneLake environment to
analyze and process data. All raw Customer data remains within the Customer’s OneLake
environment and is not stored or retained within our systems.
1.2 Data Storage
We store only Metadata and Design Artifacts necessary for operation. These include user
profiles, workflow definitions, AI agent definitions, and generated metadata. No raw
Customer data is stored in our systems.
1.3 Execution-Time Behavior
At runtime, AI agent workflows may temporarily access Customer OneLake data to perform
analysis and generate results. This access is transient; no Customer data is persisted,
transmitted, or replicated into our infrastructure beyond execution.
1.4 Customer Control
The Customer retains full control over raw data hosted in OneLake, including security,
governance, and compliance obligations. We are responsible for securing and maintaining
Metadata and Design Artifacts stored in our Azure environment.
1.5 Compliance & Security
Agent Mart Studio implements a hybrid security model. Raw Customer data never leaves
OneLake. Metadata and Design Artifacts are managed under Azure-based compliance and
security frameworks.
